NEW DELHI — In a key administrative move, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved assigning the additional charges of Secretary for both the National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) and the National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC) to senior bureaucrat Sudhansh Pant.
Pant, a 1991-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Rajasthan cadre, is currently serving as the Secretary of the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment under the Union Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.
